When will my order ship?

Most King Tide Golf orders are processed within 1-5 business days. During busier periods, including holidays and product drops, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

How can I return or exchange my item?

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn and in original condition.
